At Small Hope Bay Lodge, we have been doing a Bahamian Night once every week or so for decades. On these nights we offer traditional Bahamian dishes like peas n' rice, coleslaw, conch salad, fresh snapper or grouper, and barbecue chicken to name a few. Also tasty desserts like our famous guava duff (yum!) . . .
But we've decided to dd some things to make it a truly Bahamian experience. This past week on Bahamian Night we had live local music by some of our very own staff, and topped the night off with a beach bonfire in our new bonfire pit!It was fantastic! Great music, dancing, food and fun!!!
